1. Changes to Voting Members and Chairman

Boris Dolley is stepping down from the role of TSC Chairman, and Frédéric Didier has been elected as his replacement for TSC Chairman.

Clement Bouvier (RTE) has been elected as a voting member to replace Alexandra Guironnet.

Frédéric Kruzyna (RTE) has been elected as a voting member to replace Boris Dolley.
2. Future release
Release 4.0 is scheduled for the end of september.
In addition to the developments presented in previous TSC meetings, this version will encompass the following enhancements:

A rate limiter for card sending

In archives view / export : removed field business period, added fields publisher, entity recipients and process

A tooltip component for template or external apps

Remove "Write" right for perimeters

Add a tooltip to show user connected entities

In grouped cards, the blue arrow will no longer be displayed if there’s only one card

Security Improvements: This release includes security enhancements resulting from a security audit conducted by ENTSOE (Coverity tool is used to do the audit) . The commit related to these security improvements are labelled as follow: "Commit text (Ref audit : CID:XXXX)"
3. Security of dependencies
We are monitoring the security of opfab dependencies through three tools on GitHub:

MenBold, which automatically pushes issues (https://www.mend.io/free-developer-tools/bolt/).

Dependabot alerts (https://github.com/opfab/operatorfabric-core/security/dependabot).

Anchor container scans are initiated nightly (https://github.com/opfab/operatorfabric-core/security/code-scanning).
4. Technical point
The Renovate bot regularly proposes new versions of OpenLayer :

Minor versions can be safety merged if Github CI is passing
-
Major versions require manual testing before merging.
5. Roadmap
The roadmap has been updated on the website to reflect the latest developments. It appears that we may need to begin work on a new version of the roadmap.
The roadmap will be discussed on next TSC meeting.
